On February 18, 2025, a delegation from Henan Egdoo Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Egdoo Group) visited Sichuan Xinde Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (Xinde) for an in-depth exchange. The two sides discussed strategic cooperation in technological innovation, industrial synergy, and smart farming.
The delegation, led by Egdoo Group President Ren Zhendong, included Executive Vice President Chen Yanjun, Marketing Director Yang Junfeng, Southeast Regional Sales Director Du Wenlu, General Manager of Henan Aimu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Xu Wenhao, and technical service experts Jiang Wenqi and Bai Xingshuai. They were accompanied by Xinde’s Chairman Hu Songting, General Manager Hu Minjie, and Farm Manager Chen Guoqiang.
The team toured Xinde’s farm, which follows both EU and Chinese non-cage standards. The facility features a unique 1,000-mu (about 165-acre) three-tiered “villa-style” free-range system (indoor non-cage barns + outdoor sun shelters + pine forest ranges), allowing each chicken to enjoy open air and sunlight throughout the seasons. Both sides discussed the management and technology behind non-cage farming in depth.
During the meeting, they explored small-environment control in cage-free houses, biosecurity prevention, equipment innovation, and the development trends and challenges in non-cage egg production.
As a group focused on advancing technology across the entire layer industry chain, Egdoo Group has always aimed “to become the benchmark enterprise in the layer sector.” Xinde, one of China’s leading certified free-range layer producers, is also a co-author of the national non-cage poultry standard and the first farm in Southwest China to receive HFAC international animal welfare certification. Its innovative and welfare-oriented approach has had a positive influence on the egg industry.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward the modernization of non-cage poultry farming. It enhances technical synergy between the two companies and opens new pathways for intelligent, digital egg production.
